Gail Gousha is a consultant, and former Nutririon Services Director for the Escondido Unified School District (EUSD). Gail was instrumental in adopting the Good Food Purchasing Program at EUSD, the first institution in San Diego county to adopt the framework. In June 2020, Gail Gousha was part of the success.

Born in Mexico City, raised in Burbank, California. A UCLA history graduate, 23 years with the YMCA of San Diego before becoming President & CEO of the YMCA of Greater Long Beach.

A prominent retired public official who served the City of Escondido for 36 years, primarily as City Attorney and City Manager. Growing up in Wyoming gave Jeff a deep appreciation for the outdoors and conservation. He once successfully argued a case before the U.S. Supreme Court.

A prominent community leader and philanthropist in Escondido and North County San Diego. Trudy is a dedicated Rotarian for over 35 years. In January 2026, she was honored with the Kevin ham connector award.

A filmmaker and creative executive famous for directing and co-writing the cult classic horror spoof Attack of the Killer Tomatoes (1978), principal of Loma Media, inducted into the Silver Circle for television achievement and recently directed the 2025 documentary 'Remember Us' chronicles of the creation of America's National WWI Memorial.
